Emergency Reference Needed from Dragon 303 (Gladiator Issue)

I was just packing my bag for DMing tomorrow and realized that I loaned my Gladiator issue of Dragon to a friend. I was planning on using the expanded summoning tables inside of the book for a wizard I'm going to throw at the party. Is there a kind soul out there who could e-mail me the table (Summon Monster I thru III only!)? We play Sunday (the 9th) at Noon.
