Most will be citizens of the Federation, including those criminal humans who serve with the Orion Pirates. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">[modsrd]Hydrans[/modsrd]: Short three-armed and three-legged creatures who breathe methane, are native to gas giants, and live in the Hydran Kingdom.
