EN World at Gen Con

Dude, I SAID I was sorry for checking your fingers for callouses. How many times do I need to apologize? :p

All I want is a seat at one of your gaming tables next Gen Con. Paranio was lot of fun, and I was very impressed with your mad GMing skills. PC is the best GM I'vew ever played a game with. I've played with some good ones, and I'm not to shabby. However, all before was the minor leagues when I played in his game. It was the only RPG game I played all weekend!! :D

It was a pleasure meeting Morrus, T-Bill, and several others, while renewing acquaintances with Barendd Nobeard and Crothian.

I wish that my schedule permitted me more time on the Boards at present, but until it does I'll just say that this place is my RPG home away from home! Hope you all had as much fun in Indy as I did, and I look forward to seeing everyone next year...if not somewhere else sooner.

Ironically, I ended up chasing Piratecat around pretty much all weekend.

Everywhere I went that had ENWorlders present, I heard "Oh, PC was here a bit ago, but already left." Strange but true.

I DID get to meet a lot of people I previously only knew from the boards, ran into several game developers, and saw a boatload of great merchandise.

And I made it to Alsih2o's bar gathering and had a lot of fun... and walked off with a lot of swag. That is an awesome bar for gaming and more people should try and make it out next year.

Sign me up for next year's GenCon! But with a pre-registration and signed up for some games this time around!

Well, due to the constraints that were put onto my time (working the WotC booth demo-ing), and prearranged meetings, I barely had a chance to meet anyone. However, those regulars I did meet include Ashy, Hellhound, Larry Fitz, Wil Upchurch, Hal Greenberg, and possible a few more.

Great Con. Time to sleep now.

T-Shirt? It must be mine!!

Seriously though, how can they use the ENWorld image and not pay some sort of fee? (or is this a "chalk it up to advertising bit :) )

p.s. Morrus you have to make those T-shirts regularly offered merchandise.

We are paying Morrus a license fee for each sold... and yes they are a regular item at RPGMall.com that you can buy. We still have 50 or so left, so hurry while we still have a good size selection.

Glad you enjoyed the Swag! (And the drinks?) Whoever has the final list of all the publishers, as well as whoever has the pictures of the bar and the gathering, please let me know. Hate to see everyone who donated go unnoticed.

I definately want to thank all of you for giving us (TRS_Dee and I) a chance to get with everyone. Especially EN Worlders it really gave us a chance and a reason to really TALK with gamers, and not just publishers. On personal as well as gaming levels. Thanks again!

By the way, Morrus, how about a GenCon only thread?
