With 10 clans that would average out about 100 adult male fighting orcs a piece. I figure them to be one Tribe of Orcs but no clan leader is strong enough to lead the whole tribe, so they just bicker and fight between themselves. if there was ever a Orc that became strong enough to unite the tribe and bring all the clans under his control well then you would have a plot hook.Hobgoblins moving out of the swamp (I got a idea for my small Bugbear tribe but they might move out of the swamp too.) The Hobgoblins probably frequent the swamp to get workers or warriors for their raids.</blockquote>
