Either the Swamp is enormous, most Orc clans are relatively peaceful or thats just too many Orcs to all be living in the Swamp right on Mors Ends doorstep.However 2000 Orcs living around the whole extent of the Lake (ie not ALL in the swamp) would be quite workable (the Lake is enormous).
