Bravenet, code bloat for Web Site Owners.

The map is not W3C standards compliant. This means that it will not work on iCab. The Flash version of Kartoo loads quickly. On my iMac with a 56k connection, 32 megs of physical ram, and a 333 processor it takes but a few seconds. The Enworld Guest map never really loads at all. It also freezes my iMac if I stay on it too long.

Conclusion. Find something better that Bravenet, even if you have to pay for it.

Bleh. I just got an email form Bravenet tellin gme that unless I give 'em a wad of cash, any users after the 100th who add their pin to the map will start replacing those already there.
