Please write "Elements of Magic Revised", because the predecessor is still available on RPGnow, there could be some kind of confusion.

Also I miss:

"Unlikely Heroes" from Plot Device - NPC classes made worthy for players.

"Poisoncraft: The Dark Art" from Blue Devil Games - everything about poisons.

"Libem Liborium" from Silven Publishing - everything for creating books in character.
Just to make sure, these are all 2004 releases?

two things...

1) If it's not too much trouble, what is the link to the newer psionics SRD that updates it so it's better?

2) as far as the Damage Save system, the system in Mutants and Masterminds/Unearthed Arcana and the Damage Save system in the Advanced Player's Handbook are fundamentally different.

In MnM/UA, the Damage Save is a modifier vs. 15 + modifier.

In APH, the main difference is how the Damage Save is calculated and how the attacker's damage modifier is calculated, and it is in this difference that the APH system should not be considered the same as in MnM/UA.

This link probably has what you're looking for.

Also, the list was altered as per your comments. :)

I use Sovelior's 3.5 SRD which can be found here.

I'll nominate Legends of Avadnu for bringing 3rd party support to Epic Level gaming, espicially in the realm of monster design. It also includes some solid epic feats that aren't retreads on those included in the Epic Level Handbook.

Thieves' Quarters: A City Quarter Sourcebook (The Game Mechanics) - Lots of in-depth info about an intriguing city.Great for ideas.

Another vote for Buy the Numbers.

I can't guarantee it, but I'm pretty sure to have bought these products more or less directly after they have been published - and all my file dates refer reliable to 2004, because I haven't moved the files after the downloading.
