Enable email from other members

I actually have my setting already set, but for LEW/L4W/LEB, we require new users to enable email from other members. Used to be, that was under "Options". Apparently, email is now disabled member-to-member now? Does private messaging now work for everyone then? What is the best way to contact a member to make sure they get the message?

I don't want to get your hopes up but I just sent a private message from a "registered User' to myself... But I'm not really in the loop as much as I was so if they have it set that any user can send a message to a moderator than its working is the only thing I've proved.

What you need to do is have a registered user try to PM a registered user. If it works, it works. And every user on ENworld has PM access now.

What is the best way to contact a member to make sure they get the message?

The other option would be the visitor message (which can be turned on in options) but its hardly private.
