Enchanting Armors

Can a 16th level Cleric with the appropriate feat enchant a Plate Mail with:
+5
Fortification, Heavy
and the one that makes you immune to death attacks as Death Ward (it's a +4)

I guess he is not available since it will add up to +13
but is that true?

and what about the elemental protections that have no "+'s" associated?

The first and foremost answer would be no. No enhancement can be more than +10, no matter what, outside of an epic game.

Second, the answer is still no. A 16th-level Cleric can't cast Miracle, and therefore can't give the armor Heavy Fortification.

Charm Armor? New spell? Interesting. :D

Keep in mind that the DMG still refers to it as such, "Magic armor is a common but vital type of enchanted item. In general, it protects the wearer to a greater extent than armor without any enchantment." (DMG. ch. 8, "Armor")

He can make the +5 (the CL is three times the bonus, so in this case, it’s 15).
He can’t make the Heavy fortification because he doesn’t have miracle. He could buy a LOT of scrolls of it, but that you be “little Billy-Gates expensive”.

You can add all the non (+X) abilities you want. Heap on the resistances, they just cost gold / time.
