enchanting natural weapons

Are there ways to "permanently" enhance the natural weapons of a monstrous PC or an animal companion, either with an enhancement bonus (i.e., +1, +2, etc.), with a special ability (e.g., flaming), or by any other means?

From the SRD, I know:
- magic fang (or greater) + permanency
- amulet of mighty fists

What about other rules supplements?

From Savage Species:
- Beast Claws (spiked gauntlets that add to claw damage)
- Necklace of Natural Weapons (add special abilities to natural weapon)

Thanks

Concerning the necklace of natural weapons, its price is dependent on "the number of natural weapons". A creature that has 2 claw attacks and one bite attack has 2 or 3 natural weapons?

Three.

What about a monk wearing that necklace, could he just pay for 1 natural weapon (his unarmed strike) or would he have to specify the number of body parts that are enchanted?

So, if we use the amulet of mighty fists as a reference, the necklace of natural weapons is horribly overpowered for its price when applied to monks ...

Yes, but the amulet applies to all natural weapons. It is "overpowered" compared to the necklace for a dragon.

Also, according to a Rules of the Game article the amulet is overpriced because it's in the wrong "slot".

(Magic of Faerun has "Bracers of Striking", which allow you to enhance your unarmed strikes as weapons for double the "normal" cost.)
