I'd add "Save Ends Condition" and "Condition Ends" columns
I'd change the "Ongoing Effects" column to "Ongoing Damage"

I'd add the following button:

"Next Round"
- Automatically checks "Save Ends Condition" column for all monsters at the end of turn and rolls Saving Throw(s)
- Removes condition(s) from monsters that made their saving throw(s)
- Checks "Condition Ends" column
- Flags condition(s) with red color that end during the next combat round based on their duration
- Removes condition(s) from monsters that are no longer affected by a condition based on duration
- Removes any dead monsters from the chart
- Reorders initiative queue based on any initiative changes on the current round
- Checks everyone for Bloodied Condition and flags accordingly with a capital red "x"
- Create new rows for the next combat round
- Copies all relevant information from the current round rows into the newly created next round rows

I'd also add drop down lists at least for "Marked By" and "Marked Whom" columns to make selection quicker. Drop Down Lists would be populated from the Initiative Order roster.

I'd remove any "Group" columns, because all monsters are handled individually as far as their hitpoints, conditions and so-forth go.

IMO "Role" is also possibly a waste of space, but your opinion may vary.
