They don't. They get a bonus to saves vs. fire effects though.

IMO the Forsaker isn't balanced. Using it as an example of stacking isn't a good idea. (Of course, it does specifically allow stacking.) Yikes, immune drow forsaker! Is that even possible?

Generally those sorts of things overlap but don't stack.
