Nope. It isn't listed as Incorporeal in the description. It has Ethereal Jaunt (su). So it is listed amongst those with a capability to be ethereal.

Had me worried there for a moment :D
 

Personally I'm all for having metamagics that weaken a spell but make it more versatile.

I think dropping the damage, and changing it to force is a great idea. I don't know if you would need a +1 level adjustment, or just go straight up, but its a good idea.
 


[force] as a desrciptor.

Spells with a [force] descriptor can affect incorporeal and ethereal creatures.

Spells such as Magic Missile, Wall of Force, and Forcecage.

Their effects strectch into the ethereal.
 

Yes, that's all well and good. But where are you getting that information from? I can't find anything on [Force] in either the DMG or the PHB.
