I don't have time to break the whole thing down right now, but I've done it before, and I wish I still had the breakdown. What I can tell you, however, is that I made a couple of magic items that used the shortsword/bastard sword power and priced it at 25,000gp on one weapon (it was a pretty powerful weapon, thus the high cost) and only 6,000gp on another (a dagger with the damage of a shortsword, if I recall).
