Enlarge between two creatures

If someone occupying a 5' square is flanked by 2 creatures, and then the someone has enlarge person cast on them, what happens?

Do they enter the opponents square?

Does the enlarge person fail, because you only grow big enough to "fit"? (creatures don't seem to fit the spell decription of enclosed spaces)

Initiate a Bull Rush...

Either they move 5ft. back... or you squirt perpendicular some way.

There are no official rules for this, but I would consider the bull rush suggestion to be a very good idea. Don't forget to have them provoke AoOs for entering a new square ...

I've had this come up in more than one game and we use a Bull Rush - of course this can cause some problems when you are surrounded by allies and not enemies - but I just tell em to keep out of my way .

This is the way I'd handle it. They have movement and fighting penalties until they can get into their proper space.
