Enlarge Spell: what's a power's damage die?

It's each die rolled with the power, but does not include critical hit dice. The penalty to damage is applied before critical hit dice are even considered as by that point the regular damage is already calculated and maximised.

It includes additional damage, however, provided they are die-rolls. All that is required is that a die is rolled.
