enlarge spells and the spells it works on?

I know that it works on cone of cold and color spary and all other cone spells.

Would it work on burning hands?

Burning hands has a range of 10 and its area of effect is also 10, so would enlarge make it have a 20 range and 20 area of effect?

IF you look at bless, it has the same basic range and area qualities at burning hands.

Bless
Range: 50
Area: all allies within 50

Burning Hands
Range 10
Area: Semicircular spread 10

Yes. The PHB says - "A spell whose area or effect is determined by its range (such as bless or a cone spell) has the dimensions of its area or effect increased proportionately".
