ENnies Nominees Announced!

Congrats to all, and thanks to all that entered. The competition was stiff and I must say that the quality of the products made it a very tough decision in several categories.

Best publisher was very hotly contested, with a lot of interesting debates and insight. And it came down to the wire with that category!

As was already mentioned, Rules Supplement and Adventure were also hotly contensted categories--it seems to me that the landscape changed from day to day in those two categories in particular, as different packages came in, different judes submitted their "votes", and the judges debated the merits of the products.

Though the reading did get a little heavy, I think the last day (Thursday) was a lot of fun and I am very pleased with the outcome. Not all the picks are mine, obviously, but I can't think of any choices that make me stand up and say "now that's just wrong."

I too must add my congrats to all who made it on that list. Very well done. To my surprise (and joy) http://www.RPGNow.com vendors got 9 nomines or HM! Wow! That's cool that the PDF products got decent reviews.

Also a special congrat to RPGObjects for making the list with two Darwin's World products! They will be at our GenCon booth with the just released print version of DW.

Wow!

It's very cool to see something you worked very hard on mentioned next to other products you love and respect. Seeing Darwin's World listed next to Call of Cthulhu and the others just made my day. Thanks enworld for running the awards. See you all at GenCon!

I graciously accept the nominatio...

AS IF.

I woke up this morning, just having broken from my fever. Opened my internet connection and loaded ENworld.

And then ran around babbling like a damn fool chicken with his head cut off!!!

Wow. We've been publishing for six months now, and we have two nominations and an honorable mention. I still get star-struck when I MEET the other people on the nominees list, let alone to see myself up there.

Congrats to everyone. It's one hell of a ride!

I also want to thank the judges for nominating Forbidden Kingdoms best d20 game. What a surprise to see that this morning!

I can't think of better company to be in and again want to thank everyone involved.

Like all of the other publishers, Bastion Press is both thrilled and honored to be nominated for 4 ENnie Awards in our first year of business! It's great to be in such august company...

We got so excited my webmaster was posting that jpg of the ENnie award all over our site...once again I am so happy for all of us, and I can say I have a friend or co-worker in almost every if not every category. I can not wait to see who wins and am thrilled to just be allowed to say NOMINATED!!!!

Thanks once again to the judges and Morrus for a great site and a great award! The ENnies............sigh

Nobel prize here I come *pop*

Thanks from Necromancer Games. It is an honor to be nominated, particularly for Best Publisher in back to back years. Hats off to the other nominees and participants. What an awesome slate of products!!!

I posted in an earlier thread that Psion opened to announce the nominations, but wanted to say it again - and add in a few more words to boot :)

Thanks so much to the judges for all of your hard work. I imagine you all have experienced a small sample of what Zulkir and staff at Wizards must be going through with their campaign search.

I'm enormously pleased that Darkfuries' Mansions & Manors received nominations in two categories. I look forward to the voting tallies, and wish the best of luck to all the nominees!
