When voting occurs, will the Honorable Mentions be up as well, or only the main set?

Only the top 5 I think. The Honorable Mentions, despite their quality, are out of the "medal round"

Yeah, only the top 5 are up for voting. It's a pity, but it's the way it has to be.

Oh, yeah, us too -- that's how they got to be honorable mentions, they received votes!

I think each judge had at least one of their favorites shot down in the process...

Yeah, that's true. Some of 'em were tough to see become HMs.
