Flammable fluids
Friction Reducers
Friction Increasers (sticky foam)
Fire Suppression (go ahead, cast that fireball)

Also, some systems may well launch sonic effects or attacks.

Large machine presses would do substantial damage to anything caught in them (think the end of Terminator).

There might be lots of narrow walkways without rails where characters would have to make regular Balance rolls or fall into active machinery.

At power generators, you might have some big beams of energy transferring power. It would not be a good idea to come into contact with those beams.
