I agree that continuing the mounted weapon bonus as presented in the 3.0 version seems too powerful (+1to hit every second lvl). However, only continuing the #deadly charge per day and a bonus feat every third level would perhaps be somewhat weak?
My suggestion:
-The mounted weapon bonus follows a steady progression every 4th level, therefore continues with +1 at level 13, 17, 21, etc (for lance).
-Increase # deadly charge every 2nd level as usual.
-Courtly knowledge continues at +1/level.
-Paladin and cavalier levels continue to stack for determining the characteristics of a paladin's mount.
-Ride bonus follows no steady progression and doesn't increase.
-Bonus feat every 4th (or 5th) level, starting at cavalier level 14 (15).
(Droid101, the file you pointed to describes the 3.0 (sword and fist) epic cavalier, which is slightly different from the one in 3.5 (complete warrior).
