Epic Dread Necromancer, Please

I think the title says it all, i need a dread necro build past 20 with similarities to the original one but suped up.

My DM is going on a trip in a month and wants to do this huge epic campaign with wars and dimensional invasions.

Away from my Heroes of horror book, but IIRC they worked closest to sorcerer, so is there a reason they shouldn't get a mirror of what sorcerers get at epic levels? Plus , what of their already level based abilities wouldn't automatically climb with epic progression? Are not most of the other abilities just lead ups to the actual becoming of the lich the class was supposed to grant you? At least before WoTC CustServ stepped in.

On that note, make sure you and your DM are on the same page on just what a Dread Necromancer gets at 20th Level. There is an interesting interpretation by Wotc customer service mucking up the waters. [Incident: 070501-000021](Big Bear)


Some people were pondering the class's balance... I just guessed the writer assumed no one other than the BBEG would reach 20th level in a horror game.

Only other idea I've seen is to build an epic progression to bling your skull until it falls off...
