Epic feats below level 21?

If you qualify for an epic feat before level 21, can you take it? Namely, Epic Spell Focus.

No, you cannot. You must be Epic to take Epic feats.

Okay, thanks. The reason I was confused was because of Zone of Animation, but that specifically says that non-epic characters can take it. Despite having a prerequisite that does not say that.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just read the entry for "Divine" feats and it's a special case.
