Epic Level Books?

I've seen a scattering of feats that are epic. A couple here and there really with a few epic class progressions for some of the PDFs I've reviewed. I have yet to see a book though devoted to Epic play though, it usually reads aas a an afterthought.

I've seen very little in the way of supplements designed with high level play in mind, and other than Legends of Avadnu from Inner Circle games, I haven't seen any OGL products that are meant for epic level gaming. Apparently, EN World's own Andorgor will be releasing a supplement dealing with his variant epic level spellcasting system some time in the next year.

Though it's monsters not characters, Inner Circle games' Legends of Avadnu feature epic level creatures.

Most of Green Ronin's recent character building books, while not Epic focussed, feature epic level extensions for their classes.

Though I have little idea of the content, Mongoose's Classic Play: Book of Immortals features material for high-level play.

Been reading through Book of Immortals : very nice stuff, and not necessarily
Epic level. You can start the Immortal progression at any level (though you
should be level 15 to make some of the rolls) and it piggy-backs on top
of any Epic material you do decide to use.

I was expecting Epic Level rules, but wasn't disappointed with what I got.

Also, a bump. Any good epic rules out there?
