I just bought my copy for the pretty pictures.

More seriously, I wasn't even considering picking it up, since I don't plan on running (or playing in) a high-level campaign. Then I saw the $14 price tag. Then SHARK asked for help with an interesting epic-level adventure. Then I saw a physical copy at Borders; it's a thick hardback with lots of pretty pictures. So I finally ordered it off buy.com.

Now I'm thinking about introducing epic-level Feats before epic level. It's a great way to keep the low-magic classes in line with spellcasters without handing out too much magic candy.

I don't know about that ERRATA thing, Doc/Leo -- I didn't see that much in there, myself - (Elminster's still got the darned time stop immunity! AGH!).

Everyone feel free to pity me. I bought mine at full price - and didn't even get my olidammara dice! :mad

I am immensely enjoying the book, though. It has a few creatures in there that are PERFECT for certain elder gods in my homebrew campaign.
