Also why does it have both fast healing and regeneration?

I could see these working together to make a somewhat scary monster. All damage, except certain forms, is dealt as subdual. Those certain forms are dealt as normal damage, but that normal damage heals very quickly.

It's the easiest one to recognize.

Any weapon you wield gains the Holy enhancement. So you are a holy battery of energy.

What are the prerequisites for this feat, please? (My Ftr 10/Chm 5/Pal 5 is about to reach 21st level, I want to know if he can take this feat yet!)

Just give it 3 or more levels of sorcerer and it becomes epic by definition (20+levels of sorcerer).
