Epic lvl question

When a lvl 10rog\10fight reaches lvl 21 does the character start following the epic lvl fighter or rogue path or does he become a lvl 11 rogue or fighter?

He continues along the non-epic class progressions. You can't take the epic level class progressions unless you are already 20th-level in said classes.

Although you can choose your every three level feats as epic (not bonus feats, the feats you get at CL 21,24,27,etc), and gain Epic AB instead of BAB, Epic Saves instead of normal...

Similar question. Using Paladin and Familiar Epic progression as a base, I determined that at level 21, and every three levels beyond that, the Druid's Animal Companion should gain another +2 HD, +1 Natural Armor, +1 trick, +1 Str/Dex, etc.

At 21 HD, is it allowed an epic feat?

I wouldn't let the animal companion gain an epic feat...
After all there are many 21HD monsters in MM and they don't have epic feats. IMO it counts as a "part" of the epic character (one of his abilities), but it's not epic itself.
It is not the superhero, but his loyal friend

Ok, but a character with an epic monster as a companion would be a bit too powerful...
Maybe if he is a Demi-God.

My Animal Companion is a horse.

By the time I'm level 27? I think it is, I sincerely doubt my horse having one epic feat is overpowered vs. me having 4 of 'em...

So if your a lvl 10rog\10fighter and you level up to lvl 11rog\10fighter do you gain bab, saves and special stuff from a certain class untill you get that class to 20 or once your ecl exceeds 20 do you gain epic AB, and Saves as well the class special stuff?

That's what I was wondering. I had thought that if you were a fighter 10/rogue 10, and you gain a level, you immediately switch to the epic BAB and saving throws.
