So do epic Wpn Spec. and Wpn. Focus stack or overlap wpn. focus and wpn. spec. You'll notice most feats tell whether or not they stack or overlap, these do not.

I'll let them. However, I have a feeling they should not. But at those levels getting +2 to hit and +4 damage for a weapon verse getting +3 to hit and +6 damage with a weapon is not that meaningful. So, let them stack and allow the fighter to gain a little power. Compared to Epic Spells, they need it.

They are unnamed bonuses, and the feat gives no disclaimer about overlapping instead of stacking like epic spell focus or epic spell penetration. With this in mind, I would say without a doubt that they do stack.

On a seperate note, while I'm not so sure about the worth of epic weapon focus beyond being a prereq for epic weapon specialization, I think epic weapon specialization is worth it if, especially if you fight two weapon, or have maximized your ability to crit.

They definitely stack. In every other case of a feat that has multiple 'steps' there is something in the feat that tells whether the 'greater' version stacks or overlaps...see spell focus, etc. Also, if weapon focus only provided a +1 bonus to one weapon, it would be quite a bit underpowered compared to epic prowess, which adds a +1 bonus to attack on all weapons and can be taken multiple times.

I doubt they stack. While some texts are overly blunt when saying they do not stack, that doesn't mean text that doesn't spell this out explicity implies that they do stack. Typically, like bonus types do not stack. The only cases off-the-top of my head that do stack are a) circumstance bonuses; b) dodge bonuses; and c) "armor" armor bonus and "shield" armor bonus.

IIRC, the Weapon Specialization feat says that it is a "damage bonus." Now whether that is a universal bonus or not, I don't know. Other damage-type bonuses are usually phrased like "a +5 enchantment bonus to damage."

What, specifically, does the text say?

a "damage bonus" is not a type of bonus, as you can tell by looking at the table in the DMG/SRD (I don't have a page number...) that says the different types of bonuses. Also, epic feats are generally slightly more powerful than regular feats, so it stands to reason that epic focus would add a +2. Also, since it requires weapon focus as a prereq, you would think that they would think to tell us if it didn't stack (as they do with all other occurences of feats like this, such as greater spell focus). Finally, the bonus type for both weapon focus and epic weapon focus are unnamed, and thus are not subject to the stacking rules (that is, they always stack...they are not from the same source, either, they are from different sources (epic weapon focus, and weapon focus)).

If epic wepon focus and normal weapon focus stack, does that mean that epic spell focus stacks with greater spell focus? I hope so, since it becomes ridiculously easy to make saves in the epic levels.

The reason why most epic versions of feats stacks with non-epic versions is the fact that a lot of PrCs have improved versions that give the same bonus as the epic versions, now that would be silly if they didn't stack. Hope that made sense.

Epic spell focus is an unnamed bonus, however it specifically says in the text that it does not stack with either spell focus or greater spell focus, but instead overlaps. However as it is unnamed it will stack with any other DC increasing effect other than those specifically listed in the feat description. Not that it matters very much, but as far as I know all of the PrC abilities that increase the DC of a spells saving throw are unnamed bonuses, and in the examples I have in front of me right now (Red Wizard of Thay, and the Shadow Adept), it also clarifies that those increase are stackable.
