Equipment Question (Spoilers)

Question with small spoilers for those that haven't played/DM'd the KotS:
[sblock=Spoiler]On page 29 of the adventure book in the Treasure paragraph is a "+1 Dwarven Chainmail". Does this mean it is sized for a dwarf only? Or do magic items change size for their users? Or is it just Dwarven made?

I could understand it being Dwarf sized only since the fighter pregen is a dwarf. Any opinions? How did you play this?[/sblock]

Second equipment question with spoilers:
[sblock]I understand that the 'Resist' attribute acts like damage reduction in 3E. Does the "Bloodcut Armor" on page 41 which gives 'Resist 10 all' for a round mean that all damage including weapon damage is lessened by 10 for that time? Or just Resist 10 to named things like fire, frost, shock, necrotic, radiant, etc?[/sblock]

IIRC - the Dwarven Chain Mail is Dwarven-made chain mail and not dwarven-sized chain mail. The dwarven part of the name referring to the +1 to endurance checks the armor gives.

The Resist all 10 works like damage reduction. They refer to Petrification giving resist 20 to all on page 13, and it gives me the impression that it works like that.
