You need to be a RPGA Herald Level GM to order the module if you don't get league kits. Simply pass the online Herald Level test (it's 3.5 still I think, you can use the SRD for study purposes if you don't own the books) and you should be able to order the module and request membership numbers for your players.

The test wasn't that hard when I took it in 2005, don't know if it's changed since then.

Does it have to be that module in particular? There are some decent fan-made modules floating around on this site, I think.

Really, has anyone of them have been updated since the books came out? Last I heard, Raiders of Oakhurst hasn't been updated since April or something...
