I had this problem with the one ESD I bought. Since I have a laser printer I just fired the thing off anyway, but I did complain and I got a message back from the president of Bastion. Apparetly they have a to-do list for correcting ESDs, which is good.

Wow, that's a lot.

Is it ok to ask you now and then about the quality of a particular ESD (if you have it)?

Also, what's an OCR scan?

Yes, It would be better if all ESDs were that way. Selecting text from most of them is a real pain.
