D&D 4E Essential 4e: Heroes of the Forgotten Lands

Poop, as a way of thanking the OP for his patience answering questions I went to buy some of the tokens they have (As I kinda do want more tokens). Sadly, it appears that you don't ship overseas.

:( Woe is poor turtle, who is in New Zealand.

I'll grant they're more awesome for me, since I run in Maptools :)

I run maptools as well, but with all the DDI art galleries and the internet I have all the images I need. I really need something for my IRL "physical" game, where we're currently using a dice based system. The tokens sounded perfect, especially as they emulate the Wizards ones.

The tokens are pretty darn high quality.

I also have the counter collection digital. I usually print out monsters for each encounter.

It also works out well because when I put together an encounter I build a combat tracker, and put a picture of each token next to the line I will track it's HP on. That way I can associate by picture.

I also print out bigger versions of each monster to tape to the wall in order of initiative. Again I find having the picture speeds up combat, instead of the moment it takes me to think about which token matches the monster name... (If that makes sense.)

Just wanted to say thanks to Fiery Dragon. The red box doesn't quite match up 1:1 with this book and it was good to get the info. I was able to start my campaign with characters that won't need to be completely reworked to work after level 2 thanks to the info in this thread.
