Essentials: Opportunity Attacks on Close Burst?

Just noticed this, sorry if this has been adressed already, but:
On page 246 of the Rules Compendium, under Opportunity Attack it says
Trigger: An enemy that you can see either leaves a square adjacent to you or uses a ranged or an area power while adjacent to you.
I cannot find anywhere else in the book that exempts Close Attacks from OAs. Am I missing it, is this an error, or is it a change? I am assuming it is not a change, but would still like to know.

edit: I just found the answer myself. Close powers are not area powers. Pages 102-104 explain close powers, 104-105 explain area powers.

"Area" is a particular classification of powers, just like "Close", "Melee", and "Ranged". Area powers are denoted by "Area X within Y", like Fireball and Scorching Burst.

Close powers are completely separate.

Touch is as close as possible.
Close is farther than Touch, but Closer than Melee.
Melee is closer than Ranged by a considerable amount.

That help at all? :)
