ET Helper/DB Editor question

I am trying to create a custom class through the DB Editor and when I get to the progression tables the "other" is greyed out. How do I manually enter in a progression table?

Trying to create the Brigand class from Kalamar setting.

Also are there any walkthroughs for creating custom tables for random encounters and stuff?

Many of the grayed out sections are things Davin would like to implement but eTools isn't set up to do -- so there is probably no way at this point to set a custom progression. Or he hasn't created that part of the program.
