It may be, but I am crediting it to Wizards in the files, plus stating that you need the software written by Wizards to use the files.
In a sense, it will help eTools sell more copies.
On the other hand, if they want to release a MotW or S&F add-on to eTools, they still can. Because we can't do PrCs, but they could provide that as an add-on.
Finally, the mon and rac files were meant to be shared.
If I get a letter telling me to stop, I will stop and just share the files within my gaming group. I just wanted to better the whole DnD eTools community as well.
