Anyone who looks toward the door, and most people couldn't be bothered, see a young human woman peering into the tavern. There isn't an ounce of fear in the face. Her eyebrows are raised, eyes wide with excitement. A moment later, the young woman opens the door the rest of the way and walks in confidently. Actually kind of over confident, her arms swinging wide, a broad smile on her face. Her little legs making big strides as she walks toward the bar. She only gets a few feet into the tavern before the bouncer puts a hand on her shoulder and points out the tavern rules, prominently on display. "Oh, my! Me too? Oh, okay." The young lady pauses, looks about and walks over to the closest table and pulls a chair away, bringing it to the front of the tavern. Her timing was unfortunate, as one of the patrons was about to sit down there, suddenly finds himself without a chair and falls in place, spilling his drink. After placing the chair front and center, she stands up on top and half shouts, "Um, hello? Hello! Hi everyone! My name is Merri! I'm new here!" She lets that sink if for a moment as most of the eyes turn toward the new person. "I've never done this before, so I kind of just wanted to say, um, hi. Also, I don't think that most of you look as drunk and disorderly as people describe this place.
