(Ex) or (Su)?

I'm looking at the PrCs in the 3.5 DMG, and I noticed that some of their class features have no type. This is an error, right? Or do they really intend for those abilities to default to (Ex)?

I sure hope it's not the latter, since that would really strain my suspension of disbelief. It'd be extremely weird for the arcane trickster to use Ranged Legerdemain inside an antimagic area, and the horizon walker could get far worse. (Nonmagical dimension door, anyone?)
