The closest you can get to that is with the PDF pledge level, unfortunately. The regular book is coming out no matter what - the kickstarter is just for the deluxe and some special side-items, like the GM screen. If you just want to go "hell yeah" and then buy the regular book when it comes out, you might consider pledging a buck. I've done that with previous kickstarters that I couldn't afford.
