Exalted wild shape - blink dog & dimension door

Exalted deeds feat: exalted wild shape allows the character (druid) to take the form of a blink dog and use it's EX and SU abilities.

This means the character gets access 720 feet movement per round, as free action, no line of sight required etc.

Now, the blink dog is not any uber fighter or anything like that - but is the above interpretation of the feat and rules correct, as they are written?

And if so - has anyone experienced any big difficulties with this?

Thats how it works. We havent had any trouble with it, but it is good for casters being able to dimension door and blink. I think a more abusable combo for Druids is the Phantom Fungus plant shape and anti life shell spell.

How's that abusable ? The only thing that stands out about Phantom Fungus is that its permanently invisible, but druids don't normally get that aspect of it as its not a special attack...

This, combined with Natural Spell, seems insane to me, but I must admit that I haven't seen it in actual play so I may be overreacting.
