Exalted Wildshape = Multiple Smites?

The Book of Exalted Deeds has a feat called Exalted Wildshape. Basically, it lets the druid add the celestial template to any animal they change into. It also grants the use of the supernatural abilities of the template, smite evil for example.

So, Druid A with this feat changes into a celestial... lion let's say. She uses the smite evil against the demon she's fighting and then.. changes into an elephant and attacks once more..

Does she get to smite evil again?

The druid is still limited to the number of times that she can wild shape. It also requires a standard action to wild shape, although I'm pretty certain that there's a feat to reduce that to a move action.

For the cost of two feats, she can make one attack per turn, which does her level in bonus damage. This will only last for a few rounds before she runs out of wild shape uses.

At eighth level, she is almost certainly better of wild shaping into a giant octopus and full attacking 9 times (8 at +10 for 1d4+5 and 1 at +5 for 1d8+2) than once for 2d6+13 as a celestial megaraptor. The octopus averages 7.5 damage per tentacle, while the megaraptor averages 20 with the same attack bonus on its single attack. If the octupus averages 3 hits or more (hitting on at least a 12), then it does more damage.
