I'm very happy with the ones that I use, which are not fully-automated monsters but do the basics nicely enough for my purposes.

What in particular are you thinking of?

Nothing specific really. Just something which works well for D&D 3.5.

A player in my PbP is looking for such a sheet and I thought I'd ask here, so I maybe can provide him with some links.

Myself, I use Notebook or Pencil & Paper for my character sheets.

Best one out there that I know of and hopfully will be updated in the future (early next year I would imagine) with some of the newer books as well. This is the only sheet I use now-a-days and I find I can not live without it.
