Dude, he's the leader of the party. Very cool.I love that there's a character called Adric in it.
My understanding is that the "Adventure Variant" is just a variant cover mimicking a D&D module cover.
I could be wrong, though.
From my understanding, every issue will have game-related content, not just the module cover ones.it's a bit of both from what I gather, a variant cover that looks like a module but contains playable content.
From the interview:
Nrama: Tell us about the D&D campaigns included with each book. How were these developed?
Rogers: That’s the Wizards of the Coast guys. It’s a mix of character stats for people occurring in the books and then one-offs. They’ll do those in house, as they’re the rules experts, as they see the scripts and books come down the production pike. And even separate from those materials, I hope some GM’s find cool, stealable stuff in the book itself.
each issue is $3.99 and about the the adventure content your comic retailer receives 1 adventure for every 10 copies of the comic he orders. How much is the adventure? No idea what they'll charge for that. Maybe they'll price them according to what they are fetching on Ebay like they do with the variant covers.
