Since apparently some of you have books: does it seem balanced for a Human solo Level 4?

Magic Missile (standard; at-will) Force:
Range 20, +8 vs. Reflex. 2d4+5 force damage.
Thunderous Slam (standard; encounter, recharge 4) Thunder:
Area burst 1 within 10, Each target in burst, +8 versus Fort, 1d8+5 lightning damage and target dazed (save ends).
Flaming Sphere (standard; encounter) Fire:
Range 4. Creates a sphere-like ball of fire that can be moved (4 sq) as a move action. Any creature at end of your turn in the same square as sphere gets attacked. The sphere lasts till end of encounter, Each target, +8 versus Reflex, 1d10+5 fire damage and target takes 2 ongoing fire (save end).
Ray of Hoarfrost (standard; at will, recharge 6) Cold:
range 8 sq, +8 vs. Fort, 1d12+5 cold damage and target slowed until end next turn.
Acidic Orb (minor; recharge 5 6) Acid
Range 5; +8 vs. Reflex; 1d4 + 5 acid damage and 2 ongoing acid damage and target takes a -2 penalty to AC (save ends both).
