I think the Feywild is pointless. D&D worlds are incredibly magical already so they don't need a slightly more magical world adjoining. There's no contrast as there is, say, between our world and the Celtic Otherworld or Narnia. This goes double for the Underdark of the Feywild. All that stuff could fit just as easily in the prime material Underdark which is supposed to be ultra weird anyway.
