Exotic Fantasy in Dragon #308

On page 27 of the latest Dragon magazine (#308) is an illustration of a horned humanoid warrior that looks highly exotic in a Talislanta/Tekumel sort of way. It is an advertisement for a campaign setting to be released by AEG this fall.

Does anyone have any further info on this?

I'd kinda like to know too, but AEG has never seemed to be to big on releasing previews and such.
