Expanded Knowledge and Epic expanded knowledge
Hi everyone, I was reading in depth for the first time the XPH and found that these two feats are much more better than the metamagic feats that any other spellcasting class have acces to. Imagine a feat that lets your Sorcerer to pick one spell form the cleric spell list. Or a Cleric taking a paladin spell.
I feel that these 2 feats are overpowered and break the spirit of the psion classes. Why would you make an egoist, if you could make a telepath and take this feat and gain acces to a specified power only available to egoists.
I have a PsiWar in my campaign who is level 21 by now that has taken both and now have access to Metamorphosis (an egoist power) and temporal acceleration (a psion/wilder power)
What do you think, are this feats overpowered? Have you had any problems with them?
Another question: do you feel that a time stop at level 6 (temporal acceleration) is a little bit out of the line?
