Expanded Psionics Handbook Play Use?

While I like the changes they've made to powers, I dislike about everything they've made to the classes; and I find the new races to be totally bleh.

Plus, the nerfed the Blues, and that's an unforgivable sin.

Bah .. I unnerfed the blues again. The players passed on the quest to a goblin tribe that was led by blues - I was just ichin to sic 10, 1st lvl energy rays tossers on them. The lair was very koblodesq- as benfits a tribe lead by an 18 int chieftan. We had a 3.0 psion and players havent tried XPH yet.

I reduced EM to +1 dc per 2d6, and lowered it to 2 targets, +2psp to increase targets to 5, with 5 selected targets it is easily a 3rd lvl spell
