Expanding Roles - was Dropping Roles

The solutuion to the Fighter "problem" I had (and thus really questioned roles), has been mostly solved by Mongoose's Quint Fighter.

I still think it would be kind of cool to have some Non-class specific Power Source powers.

Ex.
Back Swing
With a mighty heave you pull your weapon back across your enemy
Martial Power Attack 1
Encounter Martial, Weapon
Minor Action Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength vs. AC
Hit: 1[W]

I'm not at all opposed to non-class-specific powers either. There are already a certain number of them like CD feat powers and skill powers. There are also things like weapon talent feats and bloodline feats which are not class-specific. All of those, skill powers excepted, carry fairly specific limitations but I could potentially see some martial exploit feats. The only real issue with that being it would probably step on the space reserved for MCing.

Except that you've made a power there which excludes one type of character (a non brutal rogue) for no real reason.
