Expertise & Power Attack: can they be used simultaneuosly?

Teh problem is with wraithstrike, not with power attacking and using (improved) combat expertise.

Heck, I wouldn't have a problem with a Fighter taking a -30 to all attacks to get a +15 to AC and a +15 to damage. After all, who's he gonna hit?

It could be a handy option with true-strike.
