A minor change to the Exploration Challenge page on A5E.tools -- Constructed challenges are now divided into Constructed and Traps.

Constructed might be a flimsy rope bridge, while a poison needle trap is a Trap. This now allows you to distinguish between the two types of challenge.
At the moment, we are busy adding all the traps from Dungeon Delver's Guide. There's a lot of them!
